There is a growing developer appetite, and they have the ability to acquire and develop large land parcels—creating opportunities for their team and clients.
Your new role
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of their house and land package offerings, working closely with selling partners and wealth-creation companies. Your focus will be on investor clients, particularly from Sydney, helping them find the right property solutions. You’ll travel regularly across the region and to Sydney quarterly, building strong relationships and driving sales. You’ll collaborate with their Business Development Manager and Land Acquisition Manager to keep sales volumes high and unlock new opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in house and land package sales is highly desirable.
- A strong ambition and drive
- Hunger for success and a commission-driven mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and meet partners face-to-face
- Based in the Sunshine Coast or North Lakes, with weekly office visits
