Your new role

As Emposo continues to expand across Australia, we are seeking an Executive Support to join our Sydney CBD office on a full-time, temporary basis for 3 months and commencing immediately. Reporting directly to the Head of Emposo, this national role is pivotal in supporting our operational and project delivery functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our internal operations, providing both administrative and project support across a variety of initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and documentation
• Provide project coordination and administrative support
• Prepare and maintain reports
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
• Support operational process improvements and implementation

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid understanding of sales support, project management and project lifecycle principles
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using SharePoint
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to establish and refine operational processes
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced growth environment is highly desirable
