In this role you will lead policy and service development, enhance employee engagement, workplace relations, organisational design, workforce planning, and safety.
You will oversee HR, organisational development, safety and reconciliation with First Nations people, building a high-performing organisation.
This role is part of the Senior Leadership Team and requires someone that has held a similar role before.
Workplace Relations Lead
12-month role
We are looking for an expert in employee and industrial relations, performance management, and workplace conduct.
In this role you will provide guidance and support, coordinating investigations, mediations, and disciplinary processes. You will contribute to the development and implementation of people management policies and ensure legislative compliance. Working closely with the Manager People & Culture, you will support enterprise bargaining, organisational development initiatives, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
