• Run a dynamic portfolio of statutory and common law workers’ compensation matters (approx. 100 clients / 140+ active files)
• Engage directly with clients, insurers, and tribunals to secure high-value outcomes
• Work within a tight-knit practice group, supported by senior lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in workers’ compensation (plaintiff or defence)
• Strong technical knowledge of WorkCover, serious injury applications, and common law claims
• A proactive mindset, billing discipline, and a commercial approach to client service
• A current IRO number (for interstate applicants) is advantageous
