Your new role
The main deliverables in this role will include:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of marketing communications
- Support the digital marketing strategy for the organisation.
- Maintaining Corporate and Dealer Websites, e-marketing and social media.
- Event co-ordination
- Administration of merchandise, sponsorship and trade marketing programmes,
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content management of corporate websites; Generating new content and ensuring that all pages and company information is kept up-to-date for both internal and external audiences.
- Liaison with external parties (e.g. Influencers, customers, end users) in order to generate social content.
- Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required
- Key support of corporate displays and exhibit marketing, including development of all requirements and event co-ordination
- General brand marketing support e.g. ensuring Brochures, Retail Programs and collateral
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail & ability to prioritise tasks
- Efficient MS Office skills (Word & Excel immediate/advance level).
- Experience with Adobe platforms is advantageous.
- Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritise short and long-term tasks effectively.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Positive attitude.
Working hours: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm (lunch 12.30-1.00pm). 5 days/week in office
