About the Role
- Provide personalised design and colour consultations in the showroom.
- Assist customers in selecting tiles, flooring, and finishes suiting their style and budget.
- Stay up to date with design trends and product innovations - training is provided.
- Basic administration duties as answering the phone, checking emails, sending quotes to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What you'll need to succeed
- A background in sales, interior design or admin.
- Friendly and professional attitude that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Previous experience in retail or design consulting is highly regarded.
