The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our client's passionate and high-performing team.
This is a full-time permanent role on an 8-days on / 6 days off FIFO roster. Preferably from Tennant Creek, Mt Isa, Darwin, Townsville or Cairns.
What You'll Do
- Reception & Front Desk: Greeting visitors, managing sign-ins, issuing site passes, and being the first point of contact for deliveries and inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assisting site managers and teams with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Personnel Logistics: Coordinating rosters, travel arrangements, and accommodation for FIFO/DIDO staff.
- Onboarding Support: Helping HR with induction processes for new employees and contractors.
- Accounts Assistance: Verifying invoices, processing timesheets, and liaising with accounts payable.
- Office & Facility Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces like crib rooms and offices, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
What you'll have to qualify for the role
- Demonstrated experience in roster management and scheduling, ideally in a mining or construction environment.
- Proficiency in Inflight, PeopleTray, or similar workforce planning tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team.
- Previous experience in a site-based admin or reception role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and site management systems (e.g. INX, SAM).
- Current manual driver’s licence and valid White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
