Reporting Analyst

Reporting Analyst I 11 months contract I Ballarat

Your new role

As a key member of our ERP project delivery team, you’ll design, develop, and deliver accurate and timely reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, ensure data integrity, and contribute to organisation's vision of becoming a digital leader.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Cognos, SSRS, and Infor BIRST
  • Validate data accuracy and automate reporting processes
  • Provide training and support on reporting tools
  • Document reporting processes and maintain data dictionaries

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years’ experience in a reporting analyst role
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle SQL, T-SQL)
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing and modelling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (Infor CloudSuite ERP highly regarded)
