Your new role

As the Webinar and Small Events Manager, you’ll be a key player in the marketing operations team, supporting field marketing managers across the ANZ region. You’ll manage the end-to-end execution of webinars and small-scale events, ensuring every initiative aligns with strategic goals and delivers a seamless experience for attendees. This role also includes managing a state-of-the-art webinar room, coordinating event technology, and optimising data and email operations.

  • Coordinating and executing webinars using platforms like ON24.
  • Managing speaker briefings, content scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
  • Handling small event logistics, including on-site registration and stakeholder coordination.
  • Overseeing data operations, email campaigns, and customer feedback collection.
  • Managing and optimising a dedicated webinar room to increase usage and efficiency.
  • Supporting event technology integration and providing technical troubleshooting during events.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in an office environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in marketing or events is a strong advantage.
