Your new role

Will see you supporting their current Office Manager and Director. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join the team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone local to the Illawarra region who thrives on meeting deadlines, values quality in their work, and isn’t afraid to be thrown in the deep end.

Please note that when this role goes perm - the role will evolve with you!

Initial duties include (but not limited to):

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through efficient data entry and document management

  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of required documentation to clients, in line with client expectations and project deadlines.

  • Liaise effectively and professionally with internal and external suppliers and subcontractors as needed.

  • The role will progress over time and this will be discussed in our interview and a position description will be shared.

    What you'll need to succeed

Full training and support will be provided, and a fantastic culture can be assured - I have recruited for this business before with great success!

  • Someone local to the Illawarra who can work on-site 3 days a week (Monday and Tuesday are a must!)
  • A team player who’s willing to pitch in and learn on the go
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following structured processes initially
  • Able to use initiative and ask questions when something doesn’t look right
  • Open to being trained and supported by a friendly, experienced team
