About the Role
A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Business Program Manager to support a high-profile separation program within its Enterprise, Government & Wholesale division. This role is instrumental in delivering strategic outcomes following the divestment of a key business unit, with a focus on the successful migration of services and systems to a new provider.
The program spans multiple domains including data, voice, and network transitions, as well as the decommissioning of billing platforms, products, and plans. You will work closely with the Senior Manager – Separation and a team of Project Managers to ensure delivery milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned to the overall separation roadmap.
Ensure all workstreams are appropriately scoped, resourced, and delivered to time, quality, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across EGW, Networks, IT, and other business units to ensure alignment and proactive planning.
Establish and mature program structures and governance to support delivery across all phases.
Identify and manage key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement and communication.
Monitor and manage project constraints including scope, time, quality, and dependencies.
Support the Senior Manager – Separation in overseeing the broader program and ensuring contractual milestones are achieved.
Participate in project scoping and provide input into planning and risk mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in program or project management roles, ideally within telecommunications or enterprise service environments.
Proven track record in managing complex business transformation or separation programs.
Experience managing enterprise-scale service operations and customer-facing systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage project metrics such as schedule, cost, and quality.
