Your new role
As an expert, you’ll need to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management. You’ll also be :
Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users
Maintain and track IT risks, ensuring mitigation actions are coordinated and reported.
Align risk strategies with the Enterprise Architect for practical implementation.
Define clear remediation plans for architecture, security, and service quality risks.
Identify and escalate portfolio gaps such as resource issues or dependencies.
Communicate project and risk updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
Support the IT Director in aligning operations with risk and portfolio management goals.
Guide the IT Project Manager in applying project controls and improving delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in IT management with expertise in risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement
Proven in closing procedural gaps with practical solutions
Strong communicator and negotiator, trusted by diverse stakeholders
Skilled in leading change and overcoming resistance
In-depth knowledge of IT architecture, cybersecurity, and service assurance
Relevant industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA.
