Join a successful Australian business, operating across the Eastern states with the Head Office in Sydney. This business is a multidisciplinary consulting firm with 30 years of experience, partnering with their clients to deliver on highly successful projects.

Your new role

Reporting to the head of operations as well as the MD, you will partner with the business to deliver on strategic objectives. This will include:

• Project profitability and margin analysis
• Monthly performance reporting and delivery of insights
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Month-end and compliance activities
• Driving process improvements and systems enhancement
• Collaborate with and present to the board

What you'll need to succeed

You will be CA/CPA/CIMA qualified with a strong grounding in technical accounting, mixed with recent commercial finance experience. You are a curious person, keen to fully understand the business in order to add commercial value. You are happy to be hands-on, particularly when it comes to collating and analysing data, in order to produce meaningful and insightful reports and dashboards that will contribute to business growth.
