Your New Role
As a Structural Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design and delivery of diverse building projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing design concepts and construction methodologies.
- Leading design development for low and high-rise buildings.
- Producing detailed design documentation and engineering drawings.
- Preparing design certificates and conducting construction inspections.
- Collaborating with architects, developers, and other consultants.
- Supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development.
- Engaging in project delivery from concept through to completion.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Chartered Structural Engineer (CPEng) status preferred but not essential.
- RPEQ registration or eligibility (highly desirable).
- Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in the built environment, ideally within Queensland.
- Strong technical skills in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SpaceGass, Revit).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to business development.
- Leadership qualities and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
