Your New Role
As a Structural Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design and delivery of diverse building projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing design concepts and construction methodologies.
  • Leading design development for low and high-rise buildings.
  • Producing detailed design documentation and engineering drawings.
  • Preparing design certificates and conducting construction inspections.
  • Collaborating with architects, developers, and other consultants.
  • Supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development.
  • Engaging in project delivery from concept through to completion.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Chartered Structural Engineer (CPEng) status preferred but not essential.
  • RPEQ registration or eligibility (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in the built environment, ideally within Queensland.
  • Strong technical skills in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SpaceGass, Revit).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to business development.
  • Leadership qualities and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
