Our Client
Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Process Officer to join the team on a full-time temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
The Role
This role involves utilising a suite of systems and tools that underpin the team’s operations, to ensure documents, processes and procedures are effectively communicated across the business. This is a consultative role, understanding business and departmental needs, you will need to be able to create tailored documents in line with branding based on the target audience. You would also be required to maintain and troubleshoot issues as they arise, which requires a solid understanding of formatting logic, governance workflows, and technical configurations.
Responsibilities
- Creation and formatting of business documents, templates, and proposals
- Supporting internal communications and training delivery
- Document control and version governance
- Business process mapping
- SharePoint content management and standardisation
- Power BI dashboard layout and report automation support (Desirable)
Key Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a business or marketing-related discipline.
- Previous internal communications and change management experience
- Must have experience in Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Advanced Excel
- Technical writing and document creation experience
- Have exceptional communication skills and a high attention to detail
