Position: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Location: Marsden Park
Salary: $70,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100,000 - $120,000)
Working hours: Sunday – Thursday (9-5 weekdays and 9-4 weekends), Friday and Saturday off

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

Job Purpose:
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will actively promote, sell, and quote to customers via instore, online, phone, and email channels. Your role will involve providing top-notch customer service, following up on enquiries, and gathering valuable feedback, all while adhering to our best practices and processes.

About the role:

  • Engage and convert: Utilise your sales skills and product knowledge to captivate customers in the showroom and through various channels (online, instore, phone, email).
  • Customer delight: Deliver high-level customer service, providing accurate information and maintaining a thorough understanding of the finance application process.
  • Follow through: Promptly and accurately follow up on quotes and sales enquiries.
  • Efficient handling: Manage phone sales and respond to sales emails and enquiries with efficiency.
  • Post-sales support: Assist with post-sales enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Event participation: Represent the company at home shows and events as needed.

  • Process adherence: Ability to follow process and system best practices.
  • Customer-centric: Friendly, helpful, and able to make customers feel informed and valued.
  • Communication skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
