I am currently working with a fantastic organisation based in Darwin that is on the lookout for a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who loves strategy, storytelling, and making real impact across industries like hospitality and property development.

The company is going through a transformative phase, and they need someone who can bring their brand to life - someone who is not just creative, but also organised, strategic and ready to lead.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and rolling out marketing and communication plans that align with business goals.
• Managing brand identity and making sure it’s consistent across all platforms.
• Writing and curating content for social media, email campaigns, press releases, and more.
• Keeping the website fresh and engaging.
• Handling media enquiries and public relations.
• Building strong relationships with community and industry partners.
• Leading and mentoring a small marketing team.
• Supporting events and community initiatives that make a real difference.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or something similar.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing/comms role.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing—think SEO, social media, analytics.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• A creative eye and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A driver’s licence and access to transport (there’ll be some site visits).
