You will be joining a business specialising in home entertainment and audiovisual solutions. This company is dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to enhance the home entertainment experience for its customers.

Your new role:
As a Store Manager, you will lead a team and develop effective sales strategies. You will manage the store's profit and loss, oversee budgeting, and ensure smooth on-site operations. Your responsibilities will include rostering, acting as the senior officer on shift, negotiating deals with suppliers, organising promotions, handling promotional reporting, and managing returns with suppliers. Additionally, you will work closely with your team to drive sales strategies and contribute to business development if you excel in this area.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
  • Knowledge and experience in audiovisual products and services.
  • Proficiency in managing profit and loss statements and budgeting.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
