Your new role

Be the friendly voice that customers rely on! As the first point of contact, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound enquiries while proactively conducting outbound follow-ups to ensure every customer feels valued. Beyond providing seamless service, you’ll have the opportunity to identify needs, introduce customers to tailored banking solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible experience.   • Handle high-volume inbound enquiries and transactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups, welcoming new customers and ensuring seamless service
  • Assist customers with banking needs, including opening accounts, internet banking, credit cards, payments, foreign exchange, insurance, and fraud-related queries
  • Identify opportunities to introduce customers to the bank’s range of products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven recent Customer Service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
