Your new role

As a Principal Engineer in the Gen AI team, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering AI-powered engineering solutions. You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in tech to build intelligent, customer-centric features using cutting-edge tools and platforms. This role is hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative—perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and driving innovation at scale.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering initiatives, ideally with a focus on AI/ML
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and DevSecOps
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, Llama, Langchain, or Hugging Face
• A passion for mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and uplifting engineering culture
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
