• Development of key elements required to support operational management (including budgets, forecasts, establishments, delegations etc)
• Review and adjustments to policy and control environment
• Development of performance framework to guide organisational performance and hierarchy of approvals
• Comprehensive centrally managed and standardised financial data reporting

What you'll need to succeed

• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills across a variety of formats, with audiences up to and including executive level
• Highly developed conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills
• Strong project and change management experience and capability in large, complex organisations
• Demonstrated experience in the use of and understanding of enterprise business intelligence and financial reporting systems, including Oracle
