Located in the inner suburbs with access to public transport, through consistent growth and strong sales pipelines, they have an opportunity for an experienced Production Estimator to join their team.

Your new role
Due to continued growth and significant project wins, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented production estimator to work in their residential build space. The duties of the role will include but not be limited to
  • Complete BOQ for the ordering of labour and materials
  • Produce PO for supervisors and provide support in ordering materials
  • Ordering production jobs within designated timeframes
  • Maintain, protect and report margins for each job
  • Minimise ETS orders
  • Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this exciting role, ideally you will have
  • strong estimating background in either residential or medium density estimating (volume builder background ideal)
  • Experience with Databuild, ClickHome, Blue Beam or similar estimating programs
  • have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manually produce full BOQ's when required
  • be a strong communicator and able to offer feedback and ideas as well as receive direction
  • be willing to immerse yourself in a high-achieving and driven team environment.
