About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to support the delivery of high-quality financial services. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, payroll analysis, asset management, and the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and process depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with GST and FBT legislation.
• Support month-end processes and payroll cost allocations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.
• Assist in the development of financial models, policies, and procedures.

About You
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting (CA or CPA preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting standards, GST, and FBT.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with Oracle Financials and Magiq Power Budget is advantageous.
Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
