Your new role

The Insurance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of insurance claims, from initial assessment through to project completion. This includes coordinating trades, liaising with clients and insurers, and ensuring all work is completed to industry standards. The role covers a diverse territory and involves both office-based coordination and on-site supervision.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in insurance supervision, claims management, or construction project coordination
• Strong understanding of building processes and insurance claim workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• A current driving licence and willingness to travel across the North Brisbane to North Gold Coast region
