What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates should have full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available).- Please do not apply if you do not have full working rights.
• Candidates should be in Australia and should be comfortable with monthly travel to Darwin (mandate)
• 8+ years of experience in Tableau, SQL and BI Development (mandate)
• 5 + years of experience in data cleansing and manipulating complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and readiness for analysis in dynamic and large-scale environments. (mandate)
• Experience building business analytics and insights within a complex environment, including analysis and interpretation of performance indicators.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, report design, presentation, and effective data visualisation. Demonstrated ability to manage workload according to project-driven timelines, collaborate within a team, and foster a culture focused on continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, identify business data needs, implement standards, procedures, controls and technological solutions to turn information into knowledge.
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in reporting tools that support the effective translation of complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to positively influence people at all levels.
