Your new role
As a seasoned SAP Technical Consultant (ESS MSS), you’ll join a high-performing technology team responsible for optimising and maintaining self-service HR systems. You’ll lead the charge in troubleshooting issues, configuring solutions, and delivering enhancements that support both operational stability and long-term process improvements. The position offers hybrid working flexibility.

You’ll lead the charge in troubleshooting issues, configuring solutions, and delivering enhancements that support both operational stability and long-term process improvements. What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP ESS/MSS within HR systems, ideally in the education or public-facing sector
- Strong technical knowledge across SAP Workflows, Portal, Fiori, and ABAP debugging
- Proven ability to configure and support SAP HR Forms and Processes
- Expertise in SAP Leave Management, particularly BRF framework and rule configurations
- Solid experience managing concurrent employment scenarios and employee master data
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms for issue tracking and incident management
- Understanding of system testing lifecycle including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Working knowledge of security roles, change management protocols, and audit compliance within SAP environments
- Confidence in collaborating across teams and engaging stakeholders with strategic support and advice
