Your new role
This dedicated and experienced professional will be responsible for all aspects of HSEQ for the business. The successful candidate will have a solid background in ensuring that all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met across our projects.
In addition, you will be responsible for
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
- ISO Audit requirements and specifics
- Provide training and support to staff on HSEQ matters (if required)
- Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit HSEQ reports to management.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
