• Advise clients on commercial sales, acquisitions, and leasing, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
• Support fund managers, developers, and institutional investors on real estate transactions.
• Draft and review commercial and retail leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with Australian property law.
• Assist in renewable energy infrastructure and sustainability-focused property developments.
• Work closely with cross-border legal teams to provide strategic insights on global property transactions.

• At least 2 years' PQE in commercial real estate, leasing, and acquisitions.
• Experience in top-tier or international firms is preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• A proactive approach with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
