Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate records.
Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
Credit Card Reconciliations: Reconcile credit card statements, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
Ad hoc Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including booking travel arrangements and supporting the team as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in AR, AP, and credit card reconciliations.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
