Your new role

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with business units to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting solutions.

• Optimise performance of Power BI solutions and implement best practices.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and capabilities.

• Contribute to data governance and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.

• Experience working with SQL databases and data integration tools.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, user-friendly format.

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

• A degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
