Victoria’s north-eastern council is looking for a D365 Analyst to join their business & transformation team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the council.
Your new role
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the CRM platform supports efficient service delivery, enhances customer experience, and aligns with organisational goals. You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks and duties including:
Analyse and document business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement.
Design future-state business processes, user journeys, and service workflows aligned with CRM capabilities.
Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including case management, customer service modules, business rules, and workflows.
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and solution architects to ensure functional and technical alignment.
Support data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities during CRM implementation.
Contribute to test planning, execution, UAT support, and system documentation.
Assist change management leads with user onboarding and system adoption strategies.
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and improvement opportunities related to CRM design or implementation.
Ensure compliance with privacy, data governance, accessibility, and cyber security standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to have seek continual, incremental improvement and a test-and-learn mindset. Also,
Demonstrated experience as a Functional Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including workshop facilitation and user feedback elicitation.
High-level problem-solving and analytical skills in CRM system delivery contexts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Understanding of digital service delivery, data governance, and accessibility standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
