Hays Technology has proudly partnered with an employer. Of Choice in Brisbane to appoint a Senior Test analyst SAP to an initial 12-month contract. This role offers 3 days' work from home a week and a strong likelihood of extension.

Your new role

• Test Planning & Strategy: Create comprehensive test plans and test summary reports aligned to the client and industry best practices.
• Test Case Development: Drive and produce detailed test cases and associated test data from project requirements.
• Test Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate test efforts across the project team as necessary.
• Mentoring & Guidance: Provides mentoring and guidance to subject-matter experts on testing practices and methodologies.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases where required and undertake ongoing maintenance of test cases throughout the project lifecycle.
• Results Documentation: Document test results with emphasis on accurate and thorough reporting of all testing outcomes.
• Quality Standards Monitoring: Ensure testing standards and templates align to the requirements and monitor adherence to established practices.
• Defect Management: Manage resolution of raised defects and escalate significant quality concerns to the Test Manager.
• Test Environment Management: Assist in managing and maintaining test environments to support project testing activities.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Demonstrated SAP project experience with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives on time, within budget, and meeting defined success criteria
2. Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade with measurable contributions to project outcomes
3. Proven ability in scope management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction delivery

1. Comprehensive experience with SAP technologies and ICT infrastructure in large-scale, multi-entity, geographically distributed environments
2. Understanding of SAP landscapes (development, quality, production) and system integration patterns
3. Experience with cloud deployment models (on-premise, hybrid, cloud-native) and performance optimisation strategies.
