About the role:

This role will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that work is carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee civil construction activities, ensuring all on-site operations adhere to safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and project specifications.

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols through regular risk assessments and compliance checks.

• Conduct ongoing inspections to verify alignment with project plans and industry standards.

• Deliver consistent progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Civil Construction or Mining Experience (essential);

• Strong knowledge of Bulk Earthworks or Civil works;

• S26 qualification (essential);

• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor within the civil or mining industry;

• A strong commitment to HSE regulations;

• Current manual driver’s license (essential);

• Strong communication skills;

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening;

• Australian citizen, or hold a relevant work visa.
