A leading creative events organisation is seeking a Marketing Manager - Events and Touring to oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for major events, tours, and festivals. Your new role
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns for events and tours.
Manage budgets, optimise audience engagement, and refine customer journeys.
Oversee execution, aligning marketing efforts with event bookings and PR strategies.
Maintain marketing reports, ensuring accurate ticket sales and advertising insights.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work with senior leadership on campaign planning and execution.
Coordinate with ticketing providers, agencies, promoters, and influencers.
Streamline workflows with digital marketing teams for effective rollout.
Creative & Performance Monitoring
Supervise content creation and asset development for marketing campaigns.
Lead marketing meetings, ensuring proactive follow-ups and structured action plans.
Track campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and optimise spending.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Publicity are preferred.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within events or entertainment.
A passion for working in the music and events industry and an understanding of the unique hours required around event launches and delivery.
A creative thinker with a positive outlook and can-do attitude to support our small but vivacious and dedicated team.
Strong marketing experience covering the full breadth of the marketing mix, including social advertising, digital marketing, publicity, CRM, and promotions.
Proven experience managing budgets and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions, expertise in Meta, Google AdWords, SEO, and digital advertising platforms.
Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills are beneficial.
