Your new role

• Drive and own the test strategy and approach for the program, covering all relevant test phases (UAT, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing)
• Develop and maintain the program test plan, entry/exit criteria, defect management process, and reporting framework
• Coordinate test execution across multiple workstreams and vendors (including partners offshore), ensuring alignment with delivery timelines

• Lead and coordinate capacity planning across multiple testing phases
• Lead test governance forums and provide regular updates to program leadership on test progress, risks, and quality metrics
• Ensure full traceability of test cases to requirements and manage test coverage gaps
• Oversee the design and implementation of test data, environments, and tooling (including automation frameworks if applicable)
• Manage all defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution in collaboration with business and delivery leads
• Support business stakeholders through UAT planning, coordination, and execution
• Ensure quality gates are met for production release, including test signoffs and readiness reporting
• Partner closely with the Release Manager to align testing with deployment and rollback plans

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates should have full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available).- Please do not apply if you do not have full working rights
• Candidates should be ideally in Adelaide, however might consider someone interstate with the right skills if they are comfortable with FIFO.
• Proven experience of 5+ years as a Test Manager across large-scale programs, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
• Agile Delivery Experience: Strong background in fast-paced Agile environments where testing is continuous and integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of test management frameworks, methodologies (Agile//Hybrid), and tools (e.g. JIRA, Miro, Confluence, Test Rail)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and vendor teams, managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in risk-based testing, traceability, and quality assurance planning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, business SMEs, and delivery teams
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
