About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Program Manager to support a major separation initiative within the enterprise, government, and wholesale space. This role is critical to the successful transition of services, platforms, and infrastructure to a new provider, following the divestment of a key business unit.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of complex projects across data, voice, and network migrations, as well as the decommissioning of billing systems and product portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of multiple workstreams within the separation program.
Ensure all projects are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, including Networks, IT, and Operations to drive outcomes.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Support the Senior Manager – Separation in overseeing the broader program roadmap and delivery milestones.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organisation.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within telecommunications or enterprise service environments.
Strong understanding of separation, migration, or transformation programs.
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
