Your new role
We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support the execution phase of a major green hydrogen and ammonia project. This role will report to the Project Controls Lead and play a key part in ensuring accurate project reporting, cost tracking, and document management in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You are detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident, working across planning tools and document control systems. You thrive in fast-paced project environments and bring a proactive, collaborative approach to your work.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project planning methodologies
- Strong document control practices, including SharePoint management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project controls and project scheduling
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or project management
- Experience in construction projects (Ideally energy projects)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality, compliant documentation systems
- Exposure to cost control, risk, and performance reporting processes
