Your new role

We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support the execution phase of a major green hydrogen and ammonia project. This role will report to the Project Controls Lead and play a key part in ensuring accurate project reporting, cost tracking, and document management in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You are detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident, working across planning tools and document control systems. You thrive in fast-paced project environments and bring a proactive, collaborative approach to your work.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project planning methodologies
  • Strong document control practices, including SharePoint management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project controls and project scheduling
  • Diploma or tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or project management
  • Experience in construction projects (Ideally energy projects)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality, compliant documentation systems
  • Exposure to cost control, risk, and performance reporting processes
