Your new role
Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing Communications, the Digital Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of digital strategies to enhance the organisation’s online presence. This includes managing the website, overseeing digital initiatives such as newsletters and blogs, and driving engagement across social media platforms. What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
Proven track record in digital marketing, communications, or a closely related field, with a strong focus on innovation and campaign success as well as experience managing a small team.
Proficient in CMS, SEO best practices, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and digital marketing tools, with strong analytical skills to extract insights from diverse data sources.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and platforms like HubSpot and Monday.com, with a commitment to continuous learning and alignment with organisational values.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated the ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments, think creatively, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
