POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Professional with proven clinical experience in Disability, Hospital, Age Care looking to transfer skills into this growing division. This role involves providing detailed technical, professional, policy, and operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. The Technical Advisory will play an important role in decision-making and will be able to use their expert knowledge to make a difference in people’s lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide subject matter expertise using a coaching and mentoring approach.
- Manage sensitive conversations and situations associated with the approval of funding.
- Liaise with stakeholders, delegates, partners, and providers to ensure consistent decision-making.
- Provide high-quality written and telephone advice and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and assist in strategic planning, program and project management, and policy development.
REQUIREMENTS SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE:
- Allied health background with experience in disability, hospital, aged care or with chronic health conditions
- MUST have Australian citizenship
- Qualification in related allied health background and demonstrated clinical experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
