Training Requirements: Must be available for full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, for in-person training across 4–6 weeks starting on 21st July 2025.
You will be responsible for:
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to enquiries and providing additional support across email and website cases.
- Log and prioritise jobs, ensuring timely dispatch to maintenance contractors.
- Provide after-hours support to external business clients, including phone calls, alarm monitoring, escalation of alarms, and job dispatching.
- Communicate promptly with customers impacted by water service interruptions, including emergency water shut-offs, to minimise the impact of service interruptions.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility to cross-skill in customer account enquiries.
What You'll Need to Succeed:- High level of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills and typing speed with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.
