Your New Role
Stepping into this leadership position, you will drive the strategy and execution of environment and release management across complex enterprise transformation initiatives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, stability, and observability across systems while maintaining best-practice governance in release cycles. Automation is a key focus of the role, with an emphasis on refining testing and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. As the central point of coordination for cross-team collaboration, you will facilitate environment provisioning, ensure readiness for production, and manage release dependencies across multi-squad delivery pipelines.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Extensive experience managing environment lifecycles and leading release strategies in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, IT security frameworks, and DevOps automation.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing tools, and version control methodologies.
  • A strategic mindset for navigating complexity and optimising release processes.
