Our client is a local council looking to bring on a SAP S4HANA HR/Payroll Business Analyst for an initial 19 month contract with possible extension.
Your new role
Support the ERP S/4HANA Payroll stream of work on the Services for Brisbane Modern ERP Program across Brisbane City Council, with responsibility for supporting the design, build and deployment through utilisation of SAP Activate Methodology. Responsible for the identification and analysis of all aspects of the S/4HANA HR/Payroll process, functional, data migration and integration scope; supporting the overall deployment of the solution.
The ERP SAP S/4HANA Payroll Business Analyst needs to be a strong project minded individual, with extensive experience around large HR/Payroll migration and transformation projects. The right candidate will have strong customer facing skills and a strong understanding of Service Delivery. It is imperative this person is goal and outcome driven.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a payroll focused Business Analyst in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution support.
- A strong understanding of Payroll processes, payroll outsourcing, and system integrations is essential.
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM sub modules like Payroll, Time management, personnel administration, organisational management and having a detailed knowledge of employee life cycle, issue resolution, testing as well as payroll processes.
Able to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
