Your new company
Join our client as a Home & Contents Assessor and leverage cutting-edge virtual technology to evaluate building damage. You’ll create detailed reports, including comprehensive lists of damaged items, and ensure timely submission of all documentation. Advise on the best repair methods, balancing efficiency, quality, and cost. Validate costs by meticulously reviewing builders’ Scopes of Work, ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.

Your new role
  • Conduct on-site or virtual visits to clients’ properties to evaluate building damage across various insured events.
  • Create detailed reports, including comprehensive lists of damaged items.
  • Ensure timely submission of all documentation and reports.
  • Advise on the best repair methods, balancing efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Validate costs by meticulously reviewing builders’ Scopes of Work.
  • Ensure Scopes of Work meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Spend dedicated time travelling to personally meet with customers, gain insight into their needs, and deliver exceptional service.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in Home Insurance and/or overseeing quality building work, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled at creating precise Scopes of Work, understanding resources, timelines, and repair methods.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects with high organisation and quality.
  • Insurance experience preferred; familiarity with insurance processes or industry beneficial.
  • Experience with virtual assessing technologies preferred; adaptable to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex situations and problem-solving.
  • Full driving licence.
