Engineering Manager

National Service provider is looking for an experienced engineer to lead the in-house team.

Your new company

Your new company is a national service provider that specialises in planned and preventative maintenance work in a range of industries and sectors.

Your new role

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of up to 30 professionals, including specialists in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and Building Management Systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring team cohesion, organising subcontractors and providing technical support to clients and your team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering, HVAC, and/or BMS systems.
  • Experience in running emergency generator tests, full fire tests, and performance qualifications is advantageous.
  • Experience in hospitals or the healthcare sector is highly regarded.
  • Experience managing a team of technical engineers, and skilled tradespeople.
  • Ability to work flexibly within operational hours (6 AM - 6 PM).
