Your New Role
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to support the rollout of a new service model. You will:
- Design and implement a change management and communications plan aligned with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to support adoption and engagement.
- Identify barriers and enablers to change and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with communications and clinical leads to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Provide expert advice on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change in complex environments, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci certification highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field.
- Availability to work full-time from 9 June to 11 July 2025, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
