Your New Company

You’ll be joining a respected public sector organisation delivering a priority transformation project aimed at improving service delivery across a complex and essential system. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to innovation, the organisation is seeking a skilled Change Manager to support the successful implementation of a high-visibility initiative.

Your New Role

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to support the rollout of a new service model. You will:

  • Design and implement a change management and communications plan aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to support adoption and engagement.
  • Identify barriers and enablers to change and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with communications and clinical leads to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Provide expert advice on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change in complex environments, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci certification highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • Availability to work full-time from 9 June to 11 July 2025, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
