minimum of 2 years of experience to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in commercial law and be adept at managing

Your new role
- Provide administrative support to Lawyers in the commercial, corporate, property, and employment law
departments.

Prepare and format legal
documents, correspondence, and reports.

Manage calendars, schedule
appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Maintain and organize client
files and records.

Conduct legal research and
gather relevant information as needed.

Liaise with clients, courts,
and other legal professionals.

Handle incoming and outgoing
communications, including emails and phone calls.

Assist with billing and
invoicing processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years of
experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within the commercial space.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and legal research tools.

Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
