Your new role

As a Murex Engineering Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of a mission-critical platform. You’ll lead a team of skilled engineers, drive DevSecOps adoption, and partner with business and functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll influence architecture, mentor talent, and help transition the platform to the cloud.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, high-availability environments
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Murex MX.3 platform in production settings
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell) and observability tools (e.g. OpenTelemetry)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for mentoring and fostering engineering excellence
