Your new role
Your new role as a Client Services Officer you
will join a fantastic team located on the skirt of the Adelaide CBD. You will
be an integral part of a robust firm responsible for duties not limited to:
- Promptly respond to phone calls and manage general reception duties (e.g., scanning, filing).
- Manage and maintain the database.
- Process mailouts, including Trust Distributions, ASIC Annual Invoices, and Tax Checklists.
- Facilitate new trust and company incorporations.
- Successfully onboard and offboard clients, handling ethical letter requests and correspondence.
- Enhance team efficiencies, improvements, and implementation.
- Prepare workflow reports and allocate compliance tasks.
- Plan capacity for team members and conduct regular reviews of WIP and budgets.
- Manage invoicing and FuseSign to clients.
- Ensure compliance with ATO obligations and lodgement programs.
- Facilitate BAS & PAYGI reminders, tax lodgements reporting, and ATO payment arrangements.
- Prepare GIC/Late Lodgement Remissions and lodge ATO extensions.
- Manage company debts and communicate appropriately with clients.
- Oversee BGL CAS management and prepare annual company reviews and changes.
- Maintain ASIC Business Name Register and Director ID initiative.
- Provide additional support with Director’s email and diary management.
- Perform general ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Proficiency with ASIC; experience with FuseDocs and FuseSign is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
