A boutique, family-owned and operated real estate agency based centrally on the Gold Coast is requiring a temporary administrator to join their team!
Your new role
As the administrator, you will be responsible for:
Deliver high-level administrative support to the management team and staff
Respond to incoming enquiries and client requests with professionalism
Maintain accurate records and efficient filing systems, both digital and physical
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support daily operations
Prepare reports, presentations, and essential business documents
Undertake a variety of general administrative duties as needed
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
Proven experience in administration or office support, preferably in real estate
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Console property management software
Adaptable team player with a flexible approach to work
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results
