Hays has partnered with a reputable residential Real Estate Agent based in the North-West of Sydney to find a Property Officer to join their property management team on a permanent basis. Based in Sydney's growing North West, this Real Estate Agency prides themselves on delivering the best service for their customers.

Your new role

Reporting to the head of property, your day-to-day job will include:

• Leasing administration
• Undertaking property inspections and preparation of condition reports
• Routine, periodic, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, strata and tradespeople
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Supporting the Property Manager in administration duties

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has:

• Valid driving licence and reliable car for transportation
• Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Management
• Punctuality and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• High-level problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Professional phone manner
• Experience with Property Me software highly regarded
